History
The Cardone family's winery near Locorotondo dates to the 1970s, when Giuseppe Cardone and his son Franco bought a cellar on the town's edge; under Franco it specialised in quality wine, and the third generation, Marianna and Vito, run it today. It is one of the older family estates of the Valle d'Itria, known for Locorotondo whites from Verdeca and Bianco d'Alessano.
