Patrizia Felluga, of the Felluga family of Friuli, created Zuani at San Floriano del Collio with her children Antonio and Caterina, choosing to make only white wine.
From about ten hectares she makes the Collio Bianco, in a fresh Vigne and an oak-aged Zuani version.
