History
Ronco dei Tassi was founded in 1989 when consulting oenologist Fabio Coser and his wife Daniela bought a Collio property at Cormons; the name recalls the terraced ronchi and the badgers (tassi) that visit at harvest. A Collio white specialist run with sons Matteo and Enrico, its white blend Fosarin is a benchmark, winning Tre Bicchieri.
