Orbassano Red Celery

Red celery grown at Orbassano since the 17th century, when Anne Marie d'Orléans, niece of Louis XIV, married Victor Amadeus II of Savoy and brought Tours violet celery from France, more flavourful and tender than what Piedmont grew then.
