History

The Cristofanon family has grown grapes and made wine for four generations at Rovolon, on the Montegrande hill in the northwestern Colli Euganei.

From its oldest Pinot Bianco vines it makes the 'Cristofanon' Vigneti della Serenissima, a classic-method sparkling of the small Euganean denomination, alongside its Serprino and still Colli Euganei wines.
