History

Loredan Gasparini is the historic Venegazzu estate on the Montello hill, at Volpago del Montello in the province of Treviso.

It is best known for its Bordeaux-style reds - the celebrated 'Capo di Stato', a Cabernet-led blend, and the Venegazzu 'della Casa' - grown on about 23 hectares of the iron-rich Montello clays.

Alongside the Montello reds it makes an Asolo Prosecco Superiore, spanning the two great denominations of these hills.
