History

The family's land at Via Baite in Basalghelle di Mansuè was purchased by Eugenio Baldessin in 1951 to continue the family's agricultural tradition.

In the early 1980s Rino Baldessin established the organic farm Le Baite, one of the first in Italy to be organically certified, holding certificate number 00091 from the 'Suolo e Salute' organization.
