History
Fasoli Gino has grown vines east of Verona since 1925, when Amadio Fasoli established the winery and made his first sale to the local parish priest; Gino Fasoli later took over the family vineyards and gave the estate his name.
Based at Colognola ai Colli, the estate became an organic pioneer for the area, giving up chemicals in 1984 and adopting biodynamic practices from 2006, later adding regenerative agriculture.
It makes a broad range across Soave, Valpolicella and Amarone, including the Corte del Pozzo line.
