History

The Adami family had cultivated the Soave and Valpolicella hills for generations — grandfather Gaetano tended the land with care — supplying grapes to local wineries.

In 2004 the family, the children Andrea, Martina, Giulia and Stefano with their father Angelo, decided to become their own producer and bottler, founding Corte Adami. They are the first generation of winemakers and the third of winegrowers.

The estate makes Soave, including the Castelcerino cru and Soave Superiore, alongside Valpolicella from its eastern-Valpolicella vineyards.
