History

Feudo di San Maurizio was born in 1989 from a bet among three young friends to make quality wine in sunny Sarre.

Michel Vallet, a Sarre native with no winegrowing family who had run bars for twenty years, started with just 700 square metres of vines meaning to supply his own bars, and built it into a respected estate of native varieties.
