History
Elio Ottin founded the estate in 1989 at the age of 23, after studying at the Institut Agricole Régional, acquiring his first plots between Quart and Saint-Christophe.
2007 was the 'year zero' of commercial production: 30,000 bottles of Petite Arvine, Pinot Noir and Torrette Supérieur, with a new cellar beneath the family home (early vinification had been shared at the Rosset Terroir farm in Quart).
Fumin and, from 2011, the barrel-vinified Petite Arvine 'Nuances' followed; the estate now makes around 60,000 bottles.
