History
Terre Margaritelli was founded in 1950 by Fernando Margaritelli to make wine for his family, part of a family whose name is tied to the land since 1870.
In 2000 his son Giuseppe expanded the estate, replanted the vineyards and converted to organic farming.
The estate now farms about 52 organic hectares on the Miralduolo hill, with Torgiano Rosso Riserva based on Sangiovese.
