Terre de la Custodia

History

Terre de la Custodia is the wine estate of the Farchioni family, who have worked the land since 1780 as winemakers, olive-oil producers and millers.

The winery, in the shadow of the Gualdo Cattaneo fortress, was completely renovated in 2003, with a two-level cellar and a fruttaio for drying grapes.

With around 138 hectares it is among the largest wineries in Umbria.
