Colle del Sole, of the Polidori family, farms the hills of the upper Tiber valley around Umbertide, in northern Umbria.

Certified organic, it is one of the keepers of the little-known Colli Altotiberini DOC, based on Sangiovese for the reds and Trebbiano for the whites.
