History
The Briziarelli name goes back to Pio Briziarelli, a Marsciano entrepreneur who from 1906 built a farming business in Umbria; the modern wine project began in 2000 on a 50-hectare estate between Bevagna and Montefalco.
In the heart of the Sagrantino zone, the winery makes Montefalco Sagrantino, its Passito, and Montefalco Rosso, alongside a Chardonnay and classic-method sparkling wines.
