History
Franco Todini, from a construction background, founded the winery in 1979, growing it from a 1970s farm into a 120-hectare estate.
In the 1990s the estate began the experimentation that led to the rediscovery of the native Grechetto di Todi grape.
In 1997 the 12th-century manor on the property was restored into the five-star Relais Todini.
