History

Winemaker Giorgio Giansanti runs the estate from the San Terenziano hamlet of Gualdo Cattaneo, in the Monti Martani hills that border the Montefalco Sagrantino zone.

The winery has been noted by Italian wine critics for the straightforward, honest style of its Montefalco Rosso and Sagrantino bottlings, made from estate-grown grapes on the Col Sant'Angelo hillside.
