The Gojer family has held the Pranzegg estate for three generations in the hills of the Bolzano basin.

Martin Gojer took over in 2008 and converted straight away to biodynamic farming.

Everything is done by hand, with two to three years on the lees, no fining or filtration and minimal sulfur.
