History
The Pisoni family has made wine at Pergolese, in the Valle dei Laghi, since 1852; cousins Marco and Stefano run the biodynamic estate today.
Among the few specialists in Vino Santo Trentino DOC, a Slow Food Presidium from late-dried Nosiola, the Pisoni were also founding members of the Trentodoc institute and have made metodo classico since the early 1970s.
