Antonio and Roberta Stelzer founded Maso Martis in 1990, dedicating it to Trentodoc classic-method sparkling.

From the beginning Antonio insisted on including the Meunier grape, rare in Trentino.

The estate earned ICEA organic certification with the 2013 harvest; in 2020 it released a pure-Meunier rose de noir for its 30th year.
