Eugenio Rosi, formerly an oenologist for local wineries, started his own estate in 1997.

He works with minimal sulfur and copper, harvests late and dries grapes on racks for concentration.

The wines age in the cellar of the 15th-century Palazzo Demartin at Calliano.
