History
Concilio traces to 1860, when Angelo Grigolli began trading wines of the Adige valley at Mori in the Vallagarina, near Lake Garda.
The business passed from father to son until 1972, when the Grigolli family merged with the historic Boschi e Gamberoni house to form the present Concilio, now based at Volano.
One of Trentino's oldest and most established wineries, it draws on more than 620 hectares of vineyard for a broad range built on natives like Marzemino and Teroldego alongside Müller Thurgau and Trentodoc sparkling.
