History

Cantina d'Isera was founded in 1907 by local winegrowers to collect and vinify the prized grapes of the basaltic hills of Isera, above all Marzemino.

The cooperative today has around 150 members farming about 200 hectares; its top selection, the Marzemino Superiore 'Etichetta Verde,' was first produced in 1978 and is made only in the best vintages from the oldest historic vineyard sites.
