Cantina Vignaioli del Morellino di Scansano

History

Growers of Scansano joined in 1972 to make their Morellino together, and the cooperative has worked nearly fifty years under long-time president Benedetto Grechi.

Its roughly 150 members farm some six hundred hectares in the Maremma; it was among the first Italian wineries certified VIVA Sustainable Wine, and the Morellino di Scansano is its heart.
