History
The Pacina estate, built around an ancient monastery, was bought in 1920 by Giovanna's great-grandfather Edoardo Pulselli.
Giovanna Tiezzi, the fifth generation, has run it with her husband Stefano for about 30 years.
They make natural, organic wines and left the Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG to bottle Sangiovese without constraints.
