History

Giorgio Comotti, formerly a driving-school owner near Turin in Piedmont, acquired the Podere Palagione (a farmstead dating to 1594) in 1995 and spent his first years restructuring and replanting.

A small, well-equipped winery was built in 2001.

Vineyard acquisitions at Montagnana in 2014 brought the estate to 17 hectares of vines.
