History

Founded in 1964 when Alibrando Dei acquired the Bossona lands and planted the first vineyard.

In the 1970s the estate expanded with the purchase of Villa Martiena, a villa restructured in the 1930s by the architect Marcello Piacentini.

For years the family sold its grapes; in 1985, after an exceptional harvest, the first bottle of Dei Vino Nobile was released.

Maria Caterina Dei, Alibrando's granddaughter, has personally run the estate since 1991, having left a career in the theatre.
