History

Colle di Bordocheo is a family estate at Segromigno in Monte, in the comune of Capannori at the foot of the Pizzorne in the Colline Lucchesi, founded in the early 1960s by the Chelini family as a small farm of vines, olives and animals.

From the 1980s the family steadily added neighbouring plots, reaching some twenty hectares farmed organically; now in its third generation under Barbara Chelini and her siblings, it makes Colline Lucchesi wine and olive oil, and doubles as an agriturismo and artist's residence.
