History

The Castello del Trebbio, built by the de' Pazzi in the twelfth century, has belonged to the Baj Macario family since 1968 and is run by Anna Baj Macario with Stefano Casadei.

From about fifty-four hectares in the Rufina they make the Chianti Rufina, such as the Riserva Lastricato.
