History
Caiarossa was created in 1998 on the hills of Riparbella at Podere Serra all'Olio.
In 2004 Eric Albada Jelgersma, owner of Château Giscours in Margaux, acquired the estate.
Biodynamic from 1999 and Demeter-certified in 2005, it is also certified organic since 2003.
