History

The Mannino family have made wine on Etna for over five generations from an early-nineteenth-century manor at Viagrande; in the early 1990s Giuseppe Mannino turned it into a modern estate.

From about ten hectares they make the Etna Rosso from Pietra Marina and the Etna Bianco from Le Sciarelle on the south flank.
