History
Casa Vinicola Fazio traces back to 1935, when Francesco Fazio acquired an estate at Erice and began producing bulk wine sold to major wineries in northern Italy.
The family was an active part of the effort that led to the recognition of the Erice DOC, and after three decades under the second generation, the winery bottled its first vintage under the Fazio name in 1999; today the fourth generation continues the estate's wine production at Fulgatore.
