Fausta Occhipinti, of the Vittoria wine family, runs the Baglio Occhipinti as an organic farm and country relais in the Fossa di Lupo, near her niece Arianna's estate.

They make a Catarratto white, a Nero d'Avola red and an orange wine of Catarratto and Moscato.
