Carlo Deperu (a viticulture and enology graduate) and Tatiana Holler (from Brazil) met in Milan and settled in Carlo's hometown of Perfugas in 2005.

They replanted the family vineyards and founded the estate in 2007.

Deperu Holler was among the first Sardinian wineries to bottle native-yeast-fermented whites, honouring the old field blends with skin contact.
