History
Su'entu, meaning the wind in Sardinian, was founded by Salvatore Pilloni in the Marmilla at Sanluri, reviving a family vine-growing tradition that reaches back to grandfather Ernesto in the 1950s.
The estate was the first to bottle under the Marmilla indication; today Salvatore works alongside his children Valeria, Roberta and Nicola.
