History
Cantina Trexenta was founded in 1956 by 23 growers at Senorbì, pooling their fruit from the Trexenta, one of Sardinia's historic grain-and-vine districts.
The cooperative now works about 350 hectares and makes roughly a million bottles a year; its Nuragus and Monica were exported to France and Germany as early as the 1970s, with Vermentino and Cannonau added later.
