History
Giampaolo Paddeu, a mason of Mamoiada and fourth generation of a family whose viticulture goes back to his great-grandfather Francesco Cadinu, planted his two inherited hectares in 2008 on ungrafted vines.
His small artisanal cellar makes about 5,000 bottles of pure Cannonau, above all the Minneddu, and works to recover the old local Canolare.
