History
L'Astore Masseria is a historic Salento estate owned by the Benegiamo family since 1935 at Cutrofiano, a few kilometers from the sea.
Certified organic since 2010, it saved old Negroamaro vines from abandonment and works native Salento varieties, with an 18th-century underground oil mill and a barrel cellar dubbed the 'Cathedral of Wine'.
