History

Francesco Valentino Dibenedetto restructured the family estate in the early 1980s on seeing his soils lose vitality, converting to organic then, from 2000, biodynamic and synergistic farming.

Inspired by Masanobu Fukuoka, ploughing was abandoned in favour of a self-sustaining ecosystem.

Francesco and Anna Maria Dibenedetto and their four children make wild-fermented, unfiltered natural wines.
