I Pastini was founded in 1996 by the Carparelli family in the heart of the Valle d'Itria.

The first harvest came in September 2003, with a mission to recover the valley's ancient grapes.

The estate champions Verdeca, Bianco d'Alessano and the aromatic Minutolo.
