History
Cantine San Pancrazio was founded in 1961 when Cavalier Antonio Bianco brought together 13 local farmers to form the Cooperativa Produttori Agricoli in San Pancrazio Salentino.
Ten years after its founding the cooperative inaugurated its current plant along Via del Mare, and it has since grown to around 400 member growers cultivating Negroamaro, Primitivo, Malvasia Nera and other native varieties across roughly 500 hectares.
