The siblings Sara, Paolo and Gabriele run Cantina Supersanum at Supersano, recovering abandoned Salento vineyards and making natural wine, and are members of VinNatur.

From about five hectares they make some eight thousand bottles, the Negroamaro Don Mose and Caminante and the field-blend Sinergico.
