History

Cantina Cellinese was established as a cooperative in September 1957 in Cellino San Marco, drawing on generations of local winemaking know-how handed down by the area's 'mastri vinai'.

The cooperative today counts more than 250 members supplying grapes for DOC Brindisi, DOC Salice Salentino and DOC Squinzano, alongside Salento and Puglia IGT wines, produced at its plant in Cellino San Marco.
