History

Giovanni Battista Bera bought vineyards from the Knights of Malta in 1785; the estate was among the first in the Canelli area to bottle and market its own Moscato d'Asti.

Organic since 2000, the family (Gian Luigi and Alessandra Bera) work by hand with spontaneous fermentations, native yeasts and minimal sulphur.

A benchmark for natural Moscato d'Asti and traditional Piedmont wines.
