History
Nicoletta Bocca left Milan and bought twelve hectares at Dogliani in 1992, choosing plots by the history of their vines.
From 2005 she converted to biodynamics, later gaining Demeter certification.
She has made San Fereolo a standard-bearer for serious, age-worthy Dolcetto from the Valdiba subzone.
