History

Brothers Pico and Vitaliano Maccario founded the estate at Mombaruzzo in 1997, with a large single vineyard around the cellar and a devotion to Barbera.

From about a hundred hectares they make the Barbera d'Asti, such as Lavignone and Tre Roveri, and the Nizza.
