History
Orlando Abrigo founded the estate at Treiso in 1949, at first vinifying grapes from three family-owned hectares; the first bottle of Barbaresco came in 1973.
His son Giovanni joined and now leads the estate, adding the Montersino vineyard in 1996 and building an avant-garde winery in 2013.
The estate makes single-cru Barbaresco from Meruzzano, Montersino and the Rongalio Riserva.
