History

Olek Bondonio founded his winery in 2005 at the Berchialla farmhouse, owned by his family for 200 years, releasing just 2,000 bottles in his first vintage.

His great-great-great grandfather Guglielmo Como was a founding member of the Barbaresco cooperative (today Produttori del Barbaresco) in 1894.

He ferments naturally in concrete, ages in Slavonian oak with minimal sulphur, farming organically (certified 2018) with biodynamic principles.
