History
Giulia Negri farms the Serradenari estate at La Morra, the highest point of the Barolo zone, where the vineyards climb to 536 metres.
The Diatto-Negri family have held these lands since 1880; the estate was reorganised by Giovanni Negri in 2001 and is run today by his daughter Giulia across about 14 hectares - 6 of vineyard and 8 of truffle woodland.
Alongside high-altitude Nebbiolo for a range of Barolo crus (Serradenari, Marassio, La Tartufaia) she also works Barbera, Chardonnay and Pinot Nero.
