History

The Rosso family has farmed Serralunga d'Alba vineyards since the 1890s, with the estate dating to 1906.

In the early 1980s Giovanni Rosso and his wife Ester Canale replanted most of the vineyards for quality.

The Azienda Agricola Giovanni Rosso label dates from 1995, when Davide Rosso took the helm and built its reputation, especially for Barolo Vignarionda.
